Sometimes called flexi hoops, the outer ring is made of a flexible vinyl that stretches tightly over an inner plastic ring. They hold the fabric extra tight and can be used not only for framing, but also while stitching.
Round hoops are available in the following sizes:

- Small: 4.1" / 10.5cm inside-diameter
- Medium: 5.1" / 13cm inside-diameter
